Art Break: Emerging from the Archives

Want to view some art over your lunch break? Why not join AAMP for Art Break? Every third Thursday for one hour at noon, the museum hosts Art Break, a monthly program encouraging visitors to unpack the layered content of a featured exhibition by engaging in informal discussions with curatorial and programming staff and invited guest speakers.

Morgan Lloyd, Lead Gallery Guide/Program Coordinator will lead this month’s discussion, “Emerging from the Archives“, analyzing how AAMP’s contemporary Rising Sun Artists referenced archival images and historical events to answer the question “Is the Sun Rising or Setting on the experiment of American democracy?”
